The timeline was as they said and we got our rugs back clean and on time.  We chose RugPro for their delicate process and now we are pleased with the great service too.  Thank you RugPro!

Pick up was timely, rug was in wonderful condition after being cleaned… Also, the men who picked up the rug were courteous and helpful.

Had two 30 year old Karastan area rugs deep cleaned. They turned out beautiful… Isiah was wonderful in explaining the process and showing us how the equipment is used.
